Girl at Buena Vista
Currently Lynn Forbes is working on a monumental sculpture entitled The Girl at Buena Vista.
The Girl at Buena Vista, to be located in Carlsbad, CA; will be a larger than life bronze of a young girl beckoning towards the Pacific Ocean, which can be seen from the grassy knoll upon which the statue stands.
The size of the sculpture, the base and the knoll will position the top of the landmark piece nearly thirty feet above the street level. Placed at a prominent intersection in Carlsbad, the Girl at Buena Vista will be one of the most important artistic sculptural statements located in Southern California in recent years.
